Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator / Expeditor to join our team in UAE trading companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products and services by working closely with suppliers, purchasing teams, and logistics personnel. The role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and a proven track record of successful expediting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and manage supplier deliveries to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of supply chain issues and delays.

Work with suppliers to expedite orders and ensure they meet quality and quantity requirements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders in the supply chain.

Communicate status updates and issue resolutions to relevant parties.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure optimal stock levels.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with internal teams to implement changes.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in expediting and supply chain management.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in UAE trading companies preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
