Duties and Responsibilities: . Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. . Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and doents. . Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other business-related doents. . Manage the executive's calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences. . Coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings, including reserving meeting rooms, equipment, and refreshments. . Prepare meeting agendas and provide necessary doents and materials to participants. . Record minutes and maintain accurate records of meetings as required.
