- Coordinate and oversee all logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Plan and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to arrange and track shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and other logistics activities.
- Resolve any issues related to transportation, delays, or damaged goods.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
