Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups with carriers and suppliers
Track and monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and distribution
Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and transactions
Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and stock replenishment
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and prepare reports for management
Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards in transportation and warehousing activitiesRequirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proven experience in logistics coordination or related role
Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain operations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
