We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including transportation, shipping, and warehousing activities.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure they reach their destination on time.
Manage inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies in stock levels.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to logistics activities, such as shipping invoices, delivery receipts, and customs documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer delivery requirements.
Handle logistics-related customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
Familiarity with logistics software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
