If you have strong organizational skills and a passion for logistics, we invite you to apply for this position.Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule the transportation and delivery of goods to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery.Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs paperwork, and ensure compliance with regulations.Track and monitor the movement of shipments in transit and provide updates to relevant parties as needed.Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and logistics activities using computerized tracking systems.Resolve logistics issues and address customer inquiries and concerns related to shipments and deliveries.Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate the loading and unloading of shipments and ensure efficient use of warehouse space.Assist with inventory management activities, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and stocktaking.Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities to optimize logistics operations and reduce expenses.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all logistics activities.ONLY THOSE IN UAE
