Job Description

Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing installation and delivery schedules for installations/deliveries etc. for optimum service and efficiency. Lead the drivers towards maximum productivity by proper utilization of their time. Ensure timely receipts of installation and mall permits for smooth installation process in all duty frees.

• Prepare installation schedules and ensure that no installation is a miss.
• Update installation queue as and when required.
• Prepare schedule for drivers for the dispatches/deliveries on the basis of installation schedule and staff requests.
• Establish proper routes for drivers ensuring high level of customer service and efficiency.
• Supervise day to day work of the drivers and ensure maximum utilization of their services.
• Daily monitoring of each driver\xe2\x80\x99s log book.
• Review driver\xe2\x80\x99s hours aptly and submit timesheets approved by Operations Manager to HR.
• Managing outsourcing of trucks as required and maintains a report for the same.
• Ensure receipt of all installation pictures including duty free etc. as soon as installations are complete and share the same with the sales/sales coordination team.
• Ensure proper documentation for in-store installation permit and Duty Free permits for all locations.
• Timely receipt of all necessary NOCs, permit etc. to ensure hassle free and timely installations.
• Record and solve driver\xe2\x80\x99s concerns and report any kind of policy violations to Operations Manager/Management.
• Be a part of recruitment process for hiring drivers.
• Ensure driver\xe2\x80\x99s follow all safety requirements as per UAE law company\xe2\x80\x99s policies.
• Pre inspection of good before dispatch
• Ensure proper dispatch of good and delivery to respective locations.
• Attend all meetings as required.
• Graduate in any discipline or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 of experience in managing drivers and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team of people.
