To provide logistics management and support by facilitating the receiving and storing, moving and shipping of supplies, stock and materials, effectively managing the timely flow of order processing.Stock Management
- Place orders of new spare parts for all clients and maintain an effective flow of inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage all logistics of faulty parts between CNS and clients
- Coordinate with engineers for all ATM installations
- Prepare logistical documents for repaired ATM\xe2\x80\x99s
- Provide and follow up on quotations given to customers on ATM transportation
- Coordinate with transporters for delivery, installations and de-installation of ATMs.
- Create and follow-up on engineer schedules
- Coordinate with account managers and stores on placed orders, delivery dates ensuring the proper documentation is in place
- Maintain database of all orders in coordination with account managers and service departments for product delivery
- High School Diploma or Higher.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Individual contributor to work effectively as a team member and support CNS logistical operations
- Regularly makes decisions and takes independent action on matters related to logistics while in coordination with senior management
