We are seeking a highly organized

Logistics Coordinator

to manage the transportation, distribution, and inventory of goods efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and liaising with suppliers and customers to optimize logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely deliveries. Plan and schedule shipments while optimizing costs and routes. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to track shipments and resolve delays. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules. Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork as needed. Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations. Work closely with warehouse staff to manage inventory control. Identify process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency. Handle any transportation or logistics-related issues, ensuring minimal disruptions. Generate reports on logistics performance and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of import/export regulations, freight forwarding, and customs procedures is a plus.
