Brother International (Gulf) FZE seeks to recruit a Logistics Assistant for its JAFZA Operation.Responsibilities include:

Check Import Shipments schedule, Co-ordinate with Shipping Lines / Customs Broker for Import Clearance from Jebel Ali Port / Airport.
Inward material by tallying with Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoice.
On time processing of Sales Orders, in order to meet set KPIs.
Preparation of LC documents.
Coordinate internally (with Sales, Marketing, CS and Finance Teams) on all matters related with Logistics to ensure smooth operation
Coordinate with external parties (Customers, Service Providers, Group Companies, Banks, Insurance Companies, etc.) to ensure smooth operation.
Preparation of monthly MIS reports to ensure that the cost is well maintained as per the budget.
