- Assist in coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and process shipping documents and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Assist with the management of warehouse activities.
- Monitor and report on transportation costs and efficiency.
- Support the logistics team with various administrative tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a logistics assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
