We are seeking a skilled and organized Logistics and Shipping Agent Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the transportation of materials, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and efficient communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments. This role requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong logistical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee shipment schedules, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, including bills, invoices, and customs documentation.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide tracking updates, and resolve shipping-related issues.
• Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure smooth logistical operations and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Review and verify purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Track shipping errors, address issues as they arise, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Prepare and manage budgets for distribution and shipping expenses, optimizing cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements in all shipping operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of shipping regulations and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE driving license preferred.
