- Analysis of company capabilities, preparation of commercial proposals.
- Participation organization and coordination of interaction between
- the client and operations team. Control of operations team response, ensure response to
- customer requests within the deadlines previously set by the client.
- Development and submission to the client proposals for optimizing
- business processes.
- Support and quality control of the services provided.
- Regular meetings with operations team.
- Issue invoices and control timely payments.
- Take actions to prevent overdue receivables.
- Organization and participation in the regular meetings with each customer.
