Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, our future Logistics AKU will play a crucial role in ensuring the system operates efficiently. Engaging regularly with end-users to enhance their experience, define new logistics processes and flows, and lead training and continuous improvement initiatives in existing logistic processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of QAD, LJS & LPS modifications/improvements, collaborating with the IT department. Work with other AKUs or Logistics teams to share experiences and implement best practices. Prepare specifications for system customizations and test modifications. Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs & support/develop action plans to address any deviations. Lead root cause analysis for customer complaints related to documentation (labeling, delivery notes, ASN, etc.). Lead system for physical inventory checks and reconciliation (W2W) with inventory controller teams. Ensure continuous improvement plan of AKU service & support monthly KAIZEN ideas with the team.
Key skills and Qualifications:
University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or Engineering. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in supply chain of automotive or Aeronautical Industry Strong knowledge of business processes, project management skills, and extensive experience in designing and/or managing ERP systems. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Access, SQL, PowerBI). Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
