Job Description

We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a background in accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, managing accounts recording, coordinating with customers, managing orders and procurements, overseeing logistics, maintaining stock inventory, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Recording accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately in the system.

Managing purchase orders (POs) and invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment.

Coordinating with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and any related inquiries.

Managing orders and procurements, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts.

Overseeing logistics, including coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries.

Maintaining accurate stock inventory records and conducting regular audits.

Ensuring office supplies and stationery are adequately stocked and replenished.

Coordinating between office departments for any HR-related tasks or inquiries.

Assisting in other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in office administration, preferably with a background in accounts.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in procurement, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.

Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is desirable.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
