The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing efficient administrative support and managing logistics, contributing to the smooth operation of our personal care product manufacturing business.Job Responsibilities: Logistics:
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of required materials.
Demonstrate proficiency in handling Bill of Lading and Performa Invoice documentation.
Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate shipping and logistics operations, including arranging transportation and negotiating with carriers.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Prepare and maintain logistics reports and documentation.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Admin:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Collaborate with sales and other backend staff to streamline processes and information flow.
Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with JAFZA-related processes.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications with stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
Take on additional responsibilities and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience of at least 4 years as a Logistics Executive.
JAFZA experience is essential.
Experience with Dubai Trade portals.
Strong experience in Import/Export documentation processes.
Ability to liaise effectively with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Proficient in coordinating with sales and other backend teams.
Confidence, professionalism, and a presentable demeanor.
Familiarity with Bill of Lading and Performa Invoice documentation.
Openness to learning and taking on additional responsibilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
