Responsibilities
Personnel should be an effective communicator to understand the requirements of the delivery.
Personnel must have problem solving skills.
Personnel must give utmost attention to details on tools and documents.
Personnel must work with the field operations coordinator / manager to understand the shipments delivery requirement based on the DDR.
Personnel should create delivery ticket based on the workload requirements defined by your reporting supervisor.
Personnel must choose the best mode of transportation considering the weight, material, and length of the equipment from Weatherford location to the client\xe2\x80\x99s required location.
Personnel should raise routing request and inform all the parties involved, the time and date of arrival and the departure of goods to and from the facility.
Personnel must ensure all the documentation is in place before the truck arrives to reduce waiting time.
Personnel must ensure to communicate with the forklift driver his requirement to load out/ load in without much waiting time.
Personnel must inform all parties (A&I, operations field team, support team) beforehand the time and date of the load out and the load in.
Personnel must prepare the relevant documents to load out the equipment.
Personnel must update the tracker sheet upon each transaction.
Personnel must communicate and coordinate with the end user on the shipment arrival and shipment collection date and time.
Personnel must ensure the inventory is packed and stored in the truck and adhere to all safety measures
Personnel must ensure the loaded goods and the delivery ticket serial numbers are matching. Any variance in the shipment or documentation noticed must be held and immediately flagged and escalated to the reporting supervisor and upon clarification only be loaded out or received.
Personnel must coordinate with the transportation company to get the loading notes and delivery note signed and share it on timely basis.
Personnel must coordinate with the supplier on movement of inventory from supplier base to the client location.
Personnel must ensure that goods shipped is informed to A&I team and the transaction is reflected real time on JD Edwards.
Personnel must alert (field operations team) the goods received to be inspected and returned real time on JD Edwards.
All signed documentation to be shared with invoicing team and operations team on timely basis by the personnel.
Qualifications
Minimun 5 years related experience.
Diploma/ Bachelor Degree.
Competent in Microsoft excel.
ERP knowledge.
Enthusiastic, pro-active and have the ability to carry out tasks under instruction.
