YOUR ROLE

As the Legal Specialist, you will play a critical role in proactively supporting legal operations across multiple business units, professional functions, and sub-business units within Henkel. Your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinate and support transport planning to ensure timely delivery of goods while closely working with transport planners and carriers. Handle import/export procedures and ensure proper documentation compliance. Address and resolve transport-related issues during planning and execution, ensuring seamless operations. Act as the SPOC for customers, managing inbound/outbound customer interactions and enhancing their experience. Provide new/updated master data, review transport planning scope, and propose process improvements. Prepare transport KPIs, manage transport complaints, and reconcile deviations in carrier invoicing with Purchasing/Finance.

YOUR SKILLS

Strong understanding of transport planning, execution, and supply chain processes. 3-5 years in logistics, supply chain, or customer service roles Proficiency in English (mandatory); additional languages such as Arabic are a plus. Experience in customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ability to resolve transport issues efficiently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Competence in tracking KPIs, preparing reports, and using relevant transport/logistics tools. Strong documentation and compliance management skills for import/export procedures. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with transport planners, carriers, and customer service teams.
