At IIQAF, we are looking for an experienced and organized Logistics Coordinator to join a winning team. The Logistics Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for coordinating the inbound/outbound movement of inventory and controlling the movement of goods throughout the supply chain.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the inbound/outbound movement of inventory.
Monitor purchase order and product delivery processes.
Manage stock and inventory levels.
Ensure accuracy of inventory records in the company database
Coordinate packing, delivery, and/or pick up of orders.
Conduct quality control inspections of incoming/outgoing materials.
Monitor freight costs and shipment times.
Fulfil customer service requests related to orders.
Act as a liaison between warehouse, vendors, customers, and shipping carriers.
Create detailed reports regarding inventory, tracking, and purchasing processes.
Monitor the accuracy of shipment documents.
Troubleshoot issues related to logistics.
Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Logistics role
Proficiency in inventory management software
Strong computer and data analysis skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Proven customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
