Reviewing shipment materials before distributions, collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.
Communicate with MUB marine and arrange the vessel activities daily.
Filing and archiving relevant documentation, Controlling the Documents through the Project.
Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
Managing distribution and shipment budgets
Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
Coordinate with marine for all shipment and obtain approval.
Monitor vessel movement
The Document controller shall coordinate and correspond with all project Contractors; follow up all tender/contract drawings & document submissions as per Project requirement.
Review of Tender Documents (other than scope of works); prepare of contract documents, work orders, materials requests.
Arrange meeting with contractor; prepare of MOMs; prepare sketches and make necessary changes in Auto CAD drawing as per company procedures, instructions from Superiors and quality standards; to facilitate the Departmental Operations.
Requirements
Knowledge of Auto CAD and other graphic software.
Time management, Multi-tasking skills.
UAE rules and regulations.
Very good knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Good command of English (written & spoken) and communication Skills
