Position: Logistic CoordinatorLocation: United Arab EmiratesNationality: PhilippinesAvailability: Immediate :We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the transportation and delivery of supplies, ensuring timely and accurate services.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage logistics and transportation.
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
- Arrange and plan routes for drivers.
- Coordinate and monitor the transportation and delivery of goods.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Filipino nationality.
- Valid UAE drivers license.
- Proven working experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Driver, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Experience in the logistics/transportation industry in the UAE.
- Knowledge of the local geography and routes.
