We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistic Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in maritime, land freight, and cargo handling services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all logistics, operations, and company functions to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.

•Key Responsibilities: •

• Oversee daily operations for sea freight, land freight, cargo loading/unloading, and storage to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation and delivery schedules.
• Supervise cargo handling activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels for stored goods and ensure accurate stock management and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse and logistics staff, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Resolve any issues related to transportation, delivery, or cargo discrepancies.

•Requirements: •

• Experience: 5-10 years of UAE experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in the cargo shipping and freight services sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software.
