We are seeking an experienced Female Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in import and export documentation within UAE free zones, especially SAIF Zone and Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling import and export documentation for European countries, USA, India, and GCC countries. Coordinating with logistics partners for smooth shipping operations. Negotiating shipping terms and freight charges with service providers. Ensuring compliance with free zone regulations and international trade laws. Managing shipping schedules, documentation accuracy, and timely dispatch of goods. Collaborating with internal teams to optimize logistics operations.
Requirements:

Mandatory experience in a similar logistics role. In-depth knowledge of import/export documentation in SAIF Zone and Jebel Ali Free Zone. Strong expertise in handling shipments to Europe, USA, India, and GCC. Excellent coordination and negotiation skills with freight forwarders and shipping companies. Ability to handle multiple shipments efficiently and ensure timely deliveries.
