Maintain a very detailed summary of daily/weekly/monthly duties and including all requirements /changes /challenges /complains correspondence, follow up on all activities and respond to all issues of your respective location.
Supervises and coordinates day-to-day operational activities on the assigned location.
Accomplishes results through effective management of staff.
Helps to develop, implement, and coordinate strategic operational goals, and the delivery of training programs/project assignments in achieving the goals set forth.
Monitors and evaluates all on-location staff for effectiveness and allocate trainings required for improvement.
Participates in Client meetings/ briefings, and cascade the necessary information to the team in preparation for the day/week.
Take corrective/ disciplinary actions against staff when needed, and provide advice and consultation for leadership in controlling/development of the subordinates.
Recommends and participates in the progress of operational policies and procedures.
Delivers short training programs for subordinates within the allocated location, and its components on service delivery, hygiene, safety and general policies and procedures.
Take lead responsibility for effective development of the allocated location and its operational framework on a regular basis.
Contributes and reviews the day-to-day operations on a regular and necessary basis to lead and deliver effective influence, and provide timely solutions/improvements.
Negotiates or mediates issues with internal and/or external representatives.
Resolves issues or on-location client/guest complaints with the consultation of the Operations Managerial team.
Consults with Certified Valet Supervisors and Valet Attendants to identify problems and to develop improvements, thus creating and maintaining quality standards.
Maintain/Furnish information/statistics on the objectives and activities of work location.
Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and/or rules, standards and guidelines, etc. of the work location and the company.
Monitors/maintains all equipment/logistics on location for quality and effectiveness.
If necessary under the guidance of the Management team, represents the Company to the clients and related organizations/governing bodies.
If necessary under the guidance of the Management team, conducts or represents the Company at, formal or informal meetings.
Arrange and post on-location memorandums, as a mode of communication within your allocated location.
In addition to checking all operational logbooks, will interact with the hotel/ work-location management/ security to cross-check client incident reports.
Handle and follow the given process on accidents/ incidents, and communicate/follow-up with the clients and the accident department.
Controls all fiscal functions on-location and reconciles cash payments as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Diploma/or Equivalent degree in any or related field.
Must be able to handle many tasks simultaneously and still be available to handle a new and immediate task that needs attention.
Must be able to interface on a professional level at all times with the clients/guests and act as the liaison between the operations management team to fulfill all on-location requirements.
Ability to engage with guests and provide a courteous service
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work with a diverse range of people
Stamina and flexibility in order to work long hours under pressure
Ability to problem-solve and think laterally
