Job Description

Type: Full time - Onsite



As a Performance Marketing Team Leader at PSdigital, you will be responsible for leading a team to drive growth and revenue through data-driven digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to set and execute performance marketing strategies, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.



Job Requirements



Advanced level in planning, managing, and optimizing PPC, programmatic, native, and social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and ads)



Extensive experience in E-commerce campaigns in the MENA region on the website and mobile apps



Advanced knowledge of tracking and analytics tools like GA4, GTM, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Hotjar, and Google Data Studio.



Good knowledge of SEO and Email Marketing



Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.



Qualifications



At Least 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and mobile-first advertising plans.



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.



Proven track record of managing successful campaigns.



Leadership skills are a must



Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills



Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights



Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Self-motivated and flexible to work in a vibrant business environment.
