Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Localization Manager to oversee the localization of our website's UI/UX content and campaign content into multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, and French. The ideal candidate will have a strong linguistic background, excellent project management skills, experience in the Crypto space, and a passion for ensuring a seamless user experience across different languages.





Key Areas of Responsibility:



• Localization Management:


• Oversee the end-to-end localization process for UI/UX and campaign content.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality translations.
• Develop and maintain localization guidelines and glossaries to ensure consistency.
• Ensure an accurate use of Crypto terminologies and references in different languages.
• Project Coordination:


• Manage multiple localization projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to align localization efforts with overall project timelines.
• Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
• Quality Assurance:


• Review and edit translated content to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and adherence to brand voice.
• Conduct linguistic testing and validation of localized content within the UI/UX framework.
• Implement feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve localization quality.
• Content Management:


• Maintain an organized repository of localized content and assets.
• Ensure content is correctly implemented and displayed across all localized versions of the website.
• Monitor and update content to reflect changes in the source material and new marketing campaigns.





Technical Competencies and Skills:


• Proficiency in multiple languages with a strong command of at least one of the target languages ( Arabic, French , Chinese, Turkish, Spanish).
• Experience with localization tools and software (e.g., Smartling or other translation management systems).
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development is a plus.




Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in localization, translation, or a similar role.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Crypto space.
• Proven track record of managing localization projects and delivering high-quality results.
