1800 AED + Service charge (490$+ Service charge)
- Oversee the operation of the lobby area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for guests
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of lobby wait staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Greet guests as they enter the lobby, assist with luggage, and provide directions or information as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and courteously, seeking assistance from management as needed
- Monitor lobby traffic and anticipate guest needs to provide proactive service
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting the standards of the hotel
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required to stay informed about hotel operations and service standards
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests and colleagues
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent appearance
