Job Description

We're looking for Loan Specialist to join our team and help us serve our customers better. As a Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers in the areas of loan servicing, collections, and customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer accounts. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, then we want you on our team!

• To perform all sales related activities for existing and potential customer to achieve the assigned financial targets.
• This includes selling of loans, handling customer enquiries and delivering excellent service through communication and team work.
• Ensure full awareness of the product provided and is constantly updated on all changes and amendments on product features, procedures and processes.
• Promote Islamic bank products by providing consistent, accurate and transparent information to all customers
• Initiate prospecting activities (customer interactions or calls) to increase retail penetration in all companies.
• Identify new relationship development opportunities which could contribute to the achievement of agreed service and business targets;
• Maximize on selling growth of existing customer base and identify new potential selling opportunities.
• Follow up and close selling / lead referrals

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the service industry
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant specialization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
