Job Overview

Responsible for planning and managing the vehicle loading process from loading sites to customer locations worldwide. Coordinates container loading operations, ensures proper documentation, and maintains communication between warehouses, shipping partners, and internal teams to deliver vehicles efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic loading plans for vehicles based on destination, size, and shipping schedules Coordinate with warehouses to ensure adherence to loading plans and schedules Liaise with NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) partners to arrange ocean shipping and required documentation Supervise the loading team to ensure accurate and timely updates in the company's operations system Track and trace shipments throughout the supply chain Resolve logistical issues and implement solutions to minimize delays Maintain accurate records of all shipments and loading activities Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and requirements Monitor container utilization to maximize efficiency and reduce costs Provide regular reports on loading operations and shipping status

Qualifications

2+ years experience in logistics, preferably in automotive or vehicle shipping Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation Experience with logistics management systems and tracking software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills for coordinating between multiple parties Problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
