Job Title: Load Controller


Core Job Responsibilities:


• Ensuring load control accuracy, practicality and procedural compliance so that output is of a high standard with regard to Safety and Compliance;


o Ensuring all aircraft are operated in accordance with their operational weight and balance limitations.;

o To perform aircraft load planning, Weight and Balance calculations & performing load ability check.

o To provide Weight and Balance documentation to crew and ground/ cargo handling agent

o Performing EDI Messages and ENS/ICS summary declaration to EU customs.

o Contribution to On Time Performance (OTP) for all load control related issues;

o Coordinate with GHA, Clients, Service providers & Operational Control Center (OCC) to ensure effective communication to complete the Load Control tasks safely, accurately and punctually;

o Maintain contact with the company operating Load Master to ensure regular updated of the planned flight;

o Coordinate Emergency Response procedures with the relevant company Manger if needed;

o Maintain the flight and documents records as per company standards;

o Maintain a thorough knowledge of all company ground operations requirements;

o Ensure functioning of safety, quality, security and compliance within area of responsibility.

o Any other duties assigned by superiors.

o Contribute to development and implementation of safety and security activities, programs, procedures;

o Familiarize with the safety, security and compliance publications in Centrik, LEON, emails or other suitable sources;

o Follow established and not to take short cuts;

o Assist safety and security investigations;

o Report safety hazards, security threats, errors, safety events, and any incidents by filling in safety report in Centrik software;

o Provide feedback to managers on the implemented corrective, mitigation actions or other changes;

o Provide proposals for management system improvements;

o Participate in ERP exercises and deployments as per Company policies and procedures and in accordance with assigned duties as outlined in the AEROTRANSCARGO Emergency Response Plan

o Support compliance audits, security inspections and safety surveys.
Authority:


• Interact with other company departments and outside agencies involving Cargo warehouse and Ramp Operations;


o Delegate Ground Handling loaders in the loading of the aircraft.

o Authority to Only accept cargo that has been built to the dimensions and requirements of company aircraft.
Experience Required:



2+ Years Minimum experience of ground handling or aircraft load controller.
