Job Description

We are looking for a Light Technician to set up and operate light equipment for live events. Working as part of the Lighting department, the primary role of the Lighting technician is to assist the department leads in developing a consistently high standard of delivery across the diverse range of projects that we deliver. Developing and delivering solutions in exciting and challenging environments and against tight deadlines.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3+ year of previous experience in a similar role with a good understanding of the industry.
• Set up lighting equipment.
• Knowledge of lighting system configuration including patching and console operation ( Obsidian & Avolites ), Network Processing,and planning.
• Capture.CAD, WYSIWYG, and Vectorworks are an advantage .
• Good working knowledge of all aspects of current lighting technology.
• Good knowledge of power, distribution and loads.
• Demonstrable and competent ability to work at height.
• Ability to perform on-site troubleshooting, fault-finding and maintenance of equipment.
• Must display a positive attitude both in the warehouse and on-site.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• PAT testing
• Safe working practices
• An understanding of stock control systems.
• Committed to personal development.
• Fluency in English.
• Have driving license advantage .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
