Listing Team Leader - Real Estate

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Listing Team Leader to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll lead and mentor a team of listing agents, overseeing all aspects of the listing process from start to finish. You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing effective listing strategies to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and coach listing agents.
• Develop and implement effective listing strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Oversee the listing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and adherence to ADM regulations.
• Manage property inventory, including acquisition, quality control, and updates.
• Lead and support other departments with real estate inventory information.
• Be an expert in real estate portals (Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut)
• Prepare and verify listings
• Liaise with property portal support teams.
• Manage lead generation, follow-up, and distribution to listing agents.
• Provide general administrative support and filing system management for the sales team.
• Oversee and assist listing agents with lead inquiries, file preparation, and daily feedback.
• Collect transaction documents and forward them to the Accounts Department.
• List units for agents on CRM and ensure high listing quality.
• Assist agents in preparing property transfers.
• Close transactions and ensure complete paperwork.
• Prepare tenancy contracts and MOUs.
• Support accounts in closing transactions.
• Maintain excellent filing and record-keeping systems
• Handle client requests and inquiries professionally.
• Possess strong corporate communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in real estate
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and ADM regulations
• Proficient in CRM systems and property portals
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and verbal)
