Listing Supervisor - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Listing Supervisor to manage and oversee property listings. This role involves supervising a team, ensuring accurate property details, and maintaining high-quality listings. Responsibilities include coordinating with agents, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the creation, update, and removal of property listings. Supervise and guide listing agents and assistants. Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and visually appealing. Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing. Communicate with sellers to provide updates and feedback.

Qualifications:

Real estate license (preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Detail-oriented with knowledge of real estate markets.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
