Position Overview: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining up-to-date property listings, and ensuring our advertisements are accurate and compelling. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly within a specified time frame.
• Provide accurate and detailed information to customers via phone and email.
• Update and maintain the customer database and records accurately.
• Post property ads on real estate portals such as Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Ensure all ad details and descriptions meet company standards and guidelines.
• Review and verify all details before posting ads to ensure accuracy.
• Create new agent accounts on real estate portals as needed.
• Verify and update ads on portals regularly.
• Edit property photos to ensure they meet quality standards before posting.
• Follow up with customers and leads to ensure they receive the best service and support.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience with real estate portals such as Bayut and Dubizzle
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of photo editing software is desirable.
