As we expand our market presence, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Listing Agents to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking energetic and results-driven Real Estate Listing Sales Person Coordinator to market, list and introduce our prefabricated homes. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring our homes reach a wide audience and attract potential buyers, leveraging various marketing strategies and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market and list Innova Living's prefabricated homes across multiple channels.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
• Organize and host open houses, virtual tours, and property viewings.
• Maintain and update property listings on real estate websites and social media platforms.
• Contact and engage with clients, answering inquiries, and providing detailed information about our homes.
• Provide excellent customer service to potential buyers, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our homes.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless transaction process for buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in the prefabricated and smart home sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using real estate marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
