As a Listing and Reservation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing our vacation rental listings and facilitating reservations. You'll work closely with property owners, guests, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and update vacation rental listings across various platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing detailed information about properties, availability, and booking procedures.
• Coordinate reservations, process bookings, and handle payment transactions efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with property owners to confirm availability, rates, and any special requirements.
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules with relevant teams to ensure properties are well-prepared for guest arrivals.
• Address guest concerns and inquiries professionally, striving to exceed their expectations and enhance their experience.
• Maintain records of reservations, payments, and guest communications accurately.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in reservation management software and online booking platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
