Sailo First Holiday Homes is a leading provider of short-term rental management services in Dubai. We specialize in maximizing rental income for property owners by delivering top-notch optimization strategies and exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Optimization In-Charge to join us. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in the holiday homes (Airbnb, Booking.com etc) field and will be responsible for meeting monthly rental income targets for each property under our management. This is a hands-on, physically present role that requires proactive involvement in the optimization and operations process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize rental income for holiday homes.
• Monitor and analyze property performance across platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
• Adjust pricing, availability, and promotions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure all listings are optimized with high-quality descriptions, photos, and competitive rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction and high property standards.
• Regularly review market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the holiday home rental market.
• Work closely with property owners to provide updates on performance and address concerns.

Requirements:

• Atleast 1 year proven experience in the holiday homes industry in Dubai (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of platform optimization techniques (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
• Track record of achieving rental income targets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Dubai's holiday home market and regulations is a plus.
