Job Description

- Communicate with property owners to keep up-to-date with available properties.

- Work closely with the sales and leasing team to ensure property details, such as photos and descriptions, are accurate and shared with potential clients.

- Organize property viewings, highlighting the features and advantages of each property to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners by understanding their needs and offering accordingly.

- Assist owners in negotiating sales and lease terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

- Stay updated on real estate trends, rental prices, and property values to provide informed advice to clients.

- Assist in preparing and processing agreements and related documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi and nearby areas, including local property market trends, rental rates, and popular neighborhoods.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clients effectively and negotiate agreements.

- Professionalism: High level of integrity and professionalism in interactions with both clients and colleagues.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for new listings, including online and offline promotional efforts.

- Track listing performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on progress and effectiveness.
