Job Description

Seeking to hire a Listing Coordinator based in our Dubai . The ideal candidate is someone who will manage the property listing & publishing process, ensuring our properties stand out from the rest with carefully crafted listing descriptions, enticing photographs, and accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Create appealing listings through Guesty
• Upload desirable photos capturing and promoting the property's offerings in a positive light
• Publish listings using Guesty and ensure all data/details are accurate and correct
• Work with technical support to fix any issues promptly
• Cross-checking of data/documentation to ensure listings accurately reflect inspection reports
• Work with internal departments to flag incorrect data or downtime of service which could result in loss of revenue to the company/client
• Assist the internal team with tech support issues as required

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in vacation rental
• Experience of using Guesty
• Experience of navigating & understanding vacation websites such as booking.com/Agoda/Air B&B
• Ability to write powerful, creative and accurate listings
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of photo enhancement
• Confident in English spelling, grammar and creative content writing
• Must exhibit attention to detail, excellent communication skills & accuracy.
• Must be diligent when it comes to data
• Tech savvy, with the ability to converse at tech support level with our partner websites
