Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team at Manzil Realty.
Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a real estate administrative or listing coordination role.
• Proficiency in real estate CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and experience with property listing platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle etc.).
• Should be able to source listings by contacting clients database
• Must have experience of the freehold areas and communities, be able to source listings in an efficient manner
• Experience in uploading all listings in company CRM and liaise with managers to allocate listings to agents
• Be able to conduct regular follow up on action taken on listings by agents to closure
• Meticulous with listing data and accuracy in handling documents and marketing materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
