We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Listing & Admin Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless operations within our company. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards our clients expect and enjoy.
Responsibilities:
• Create, update, and manage property listings on various platforms
• Ensure all property information is accurate, appealing, and up-to-date
• Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility and attract potential clients
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management
• Assist with guest inquiries, bookings, and customer service to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain records and databases, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible
• Support the management team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar administrative or property listing role, preferably in the holiday home or hospitality industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Familiarity with online listing platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and others is a plus
