, you will play a pivotal role in managing the sale of residential properties, from listing and marketing to contract negotiation and closing. You will work closely with sellers to develop effective strategies for pricing, marketing, and presenting their homes in the best light, ensuring maximum exposure and successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the listing and sales process Develop tailored marketing strategies to showcase properties effectively Create compelling property descriptions and high-quality listings across various platforms Conduct property showings, open houses, and private tours for prospective buyers Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies based on market trends and comparable properties Negotiate offers and manage contract details, ensuring smooth and timely closings Maintain strong relationships with clients, prospective buyers, and industry professionals Continuously monitor local market conditions and stay informed about real estate trends

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales or as a Listing Agent Bilingual English and Arabic Demonstrated ability to manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and property values Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
