We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Listing Coordinator

with experience in managing property listings on real estate portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, high-quality listings and optimizing property exposure across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and manage property listings on various real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.). Ensure all property details, descriptions, and images comply with platform requirements and company standards. Coordinate with agents and photographers to obtain high-quality images and accurate property information. Optimize listing content for better visibility and engagement. Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements for enhanced lead generation. Ensure all listings are up to date and remove inactive or sold properties. Stay updated on new features and best practices for real estate portals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Listing Coordinator

or a similar role in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of real estate portals and their listing processes. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills to coordinate with agents and stakeholders. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems is a plus.
