The Listing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the listing process from start to finish. This includes preparing and entering property listings, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and organize all necessary documentation for property listings.
Coordinate with real estate agents, photographers, and stagers to ensure listings are presented effectively.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for new listings.
Maintain an up-to-date database of listings and track their progress.
Communicate with clients regarding listing status, showings, and feedback.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in real estate .
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
