We are looking for a proactive and experienced Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to effectively manage relationships with both clients and landlords.
Key Responsibilities
1. Listing Management:
• Collaborate with real estate agents to gather necessary information and documentation for new property listings.
• Enter property details accurately into the internal databases.
• Verify all listing information to ensure compliance with local regulations.
3. Administrative Duties:
• Maintain organized records of all listing-related paperwork, including contracts, disclosures, and permits.
• Track and report on listing performance metrics, such as views, inquiries, and offers.
• Assist with contract coordination and ensure timely completion of all listing tasks.
