Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth transactions for our clients and supporting our real estate agents in listing management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the listing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Schedule photography sessions, virtual tours, and open houses
• Communicate effectively with clients, and Agents.
• Assist in preparing property descriptions
• Monitor and update listing statuses and deadlines
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Maintaining Data and updated information of properties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Previous experience in real estate .
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, MLS software, and other real estate platforms
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
