Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all property listings from initial acquisition through to closing, ensuring that each listing is complete, accurate, and current.
Ensure that all properties are correctly listed across multiple online platforms, including the company website, real estate portals, and social media channels.
Use property management software like Property Finder, Bayut , Dubbizel , and CRM systems to streamline and track listing processes.
Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure a seamless process from listing through to sale.
Client Communication & Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, working with them to ensure their listings are properly marketed.
Provide regular updates to property owners on listing activity, including viewings, inquiries, and feedback.
Assist in handling any special requirements for high-profile clients or luxury properties.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar listing management or real estate administrative role. Experience in Abu Dhabi or the UAE real estate market is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, etc.).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field. Relevant certifications in real estate are a plus.
