We are seeking a motivated and professional Listing Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for representing clients in the sale of their properties and providing exceptional service to Arabic-speaking clients. You will work closely with sellers, provide property evaluations, market homes effectively, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the selling process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in listing their properties for sale and ensure they are marketed effectively to potential buyers.

• Provide expert advice on property pricing, market conditions, and staging strategies.

• Use your Arabic-speaking skills to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking clients and ensure all their needs are met.

• Manage property listings, schedule and conduct property showings, and prepare marketing materials.

• Maintain a database of potential buyers and sellers, and follow up on leads.

• Negotiate offers, contracts, and ensure smooth transactions from listing to closing.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings on various platforms, including social media, websites, and local advertising.

• Provide a high level of customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have throughout the selling process.

• Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and real estate laws.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.• Proven experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple listings and clients at once in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and pricing.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
