Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to set competitive pricing and identify trends.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the selling process.

Showings:

Schedule and conduct property showings, answering questions and addressing concerns from potential buyers.

Negotiation:

Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve optimal sale conditions.

Documentation:

Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Marketing:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels, including social media and real estate platforms.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other real estate professionals, including mortgage lenders, inspectors, and title companies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Listing Agent or similar role in real estate. Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and pricing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using real estate software and tools.
