We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Listing Agent to join our growing real estate team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and listing properties for sale, assisting clients with the buying and selling process, and ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

Property Listings: Identify, acquire, and list properties for sale or rent on behalf of clients. This includes conducting property valuations.

Market Research: Stay updated with market trends and property values in the UAE, ensuring accurate pricing and advice for clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and potential buyers. Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.

Networking: Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and establish connections with other professionals in the real estate sector to generate leads and increase business opportunities.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed listing targets set by the company, contributing to overall business growth and success.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as a Listing Abu Dhabi.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, property laws, and regulations.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.

Technology Skills: Proficient in using property listing platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with social media marketing is a plus.

Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
